“I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

We were never promised a pain free, easy life.  The good news is that God is with us, and for us.  He allows these trials and pain in our lives, so that our faith can grow and we can become more refined, and ready for our eternal home.
